Peace lutheran church fee schedule

Adopted by the Church Council on April 19, 2016


1. Building Use
For Members: For Members of Peace Lutheran Church there is no rental charge for the use of the church building or grounds. It is a privilege of membership. (It is assumed that they are already generously contributing to the facility needs through their regular offering. However, members should still consider custodial costs.)

 For Non-members: Rental charges are as follows per event:


Church Sanctuary..........$350.00
Fellowship Hall.............$150.00
Kitchen..........................$50.00
Dishwasher....................$50.00

Church facilities are open for events for outside groups from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Groups may use the facility before or after the designated hours with prior approval at a cost of $100 per hour.

 Additional fees may apply for recurring events or events scheduled for multiple days.

 All fees are payable to Peace Lutheran Church at the church office at least 10 days prior to the event.

 

2. Custodial Fees
For Members and Non-Members. A $100 fee for custodial services is charged per event to cover the additional costs. The church should not subsidize private use of the facility.


Additional fees may apply for recurring events or events scheduled for multiple days.


All fees are payable to Peace Lutheran Church at the church office at least 10 days prior to the event.


3. Wedding Personnel Services


Wedding Consultant...............................................$100.00
AV Assistant...........................................................$75.00
Musician.................................................................$200.00
     ~Soloist is negotiable with instrumentalist
Suggested Pastor’s Honorarium.............................$150.00 for members
                                                                                $500.00 for non-members

 All personnel fees are payable one time per event and should be paid directly to personnel.


4. Decorations
Peace Lutheran Church has several decorations, including flowers, vases, votives, tablecloths and much more, that are available for use for a fee $100 to $200 per event depending on the type and quantity of decorations used with a $50 refund if the items are returned in good condition within one week of the event. Please contact the wedding consultant for a specific list of available decorations or to view decorations.
